3. No Automatic Client Relationship

Using this website or sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship on its own. A working relationship begins only after we both confirm the project scope, pricing, and terms.

4. Quotes and Project Scope

Quotations, pricing, deliverables, revisions, and timelines are confirmed separately in writing before work begins. Any figures or timelines mentioned on the website or in early conversations are estimates until a scope is agreed.

5. Client-Provided Information and Files

Our drawings, visuals, and documents are prepared based on the information, sketches, drawings, surveys, photos, measurements, and instructions provided by the client. You are responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.

You are also responsible for checking local requirements, zoning rules, permit requirements, HOA rules, and professional licensing requirements that apply to your project.

6. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included is confirmed with your project scope. Changes outside the agreed scope may require additional cost and time, which we will confirm with you before proceeding.

7. Payments and Project Start

Payment terms are confirmed as part of your quote. Work typically begins after the scope is agreed and any required deposit or payment arrangement is in place.

8. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimated based on the agreed scope and the timely receipt of the information and files we need from you. Delays in providing materials or feedback may affect the schedule.

9. No Stamped Drawings or Engineering Services

Voguish Designs does not provide licensed architectural stamping, engineering calculations, structural engineering, MEP engineering, surveying, legal advice, permit approval guarantees, city/county approval guarantees, or construction supervision.

If a project requires stamped drawings, engineering, surveying, or other licensed professional services, the client is responsible for obtaining those services from appropriately licensed professionals unless a separate third-party coordination arrangement is specifically agreed in writing.

10. No Permit Approval Guarantees

Our work can support permit submissions and city/county review, but we do not guarantee that any drawing or document will be approved by a permit office, city, county, or other authority. Approvals are decided by those authorities.

11. No Construction-Ready Guarantee

Our drawings, visuals, and documents are prepared according to the agreed scope and the information provided by the client. Unless specifically included in the agreed scope and reviewed by the appropriate licensed professionals where required, deliverables are not guaranteed to be construction-ready, code-compliant, or suitable for construction in a specific jurisdiction.

12. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Usage

All website content, branding, images, layout, and text belong to Voguish Designs or are used with permission and may not be copied without permission.

Voguish Designs may display completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless confidentiality is requested and agreed in writing.

13. Uploaded Files and Responsibility

You are responsible for the files and information you upload or send to us, including having the necessary rights to share them. Please do not upload confidential material belonging to others without permission.

14. Third-Party Links or Embeds

Our website may include links to, or embeds from, third-party services (such as video platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Voguish Designs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our deliverables. Our deliverables are provided to support your planning, presentation, and project needs, and final decisions and approvals remain your responsibility.
